how we write this (esp. after v1.0)
still 0.x WIP until Joanna says the site is public. v1.0 = full public release ONLY when she says so — do not invent a fake 1.0.
After v1.0: every user-facing ship should get a new line here in the same silly human voice
(like ver 1.0: added [things]). When agents bump SITE_VERSION post-1.0, append a changelog line too.
Honesty over fake precision — group related bumps if the exact per-version history is fuzzy.

ver 0.134: clowncore panel hashes got LOUDER — candy stripes + polka dots in the header / sidebar / main boxes
ver 0.133: support page (PayPal tip jar) + personal updates (empty for now) + listed sitemap + hop links up top
ver 0.132: cat result links now say www.cats.com like a real search page (sorta)
ver 0.131: IE fake-Google cat results now use the real household cats (bye bye placeholder thumbs)
ver 0.130: this page exists!! sitemap + home now point here so Joanna can browse what shipped
ver 0.128–0.129: Aero interests on phones — desk icons + Exit hide under 720px, window goes full-bleed above the taskbar, Start/taskbar for nav (0.129 tightened the mobile pass)
